To log into the portal for the first time, you will first need to set/reset your password. Please follow the instructions below.

- Go to the portal URL and click the ‘Forgot your password’ link under the login fields
- Enter your email/username in the ‘Username’ field and click ‘Reset Password’. Your username is the same as the email where you receive notices from us.
- This will send you an email with a long link. Click the link. If you do not see this email, please check your ‘Spam‘ or junk folder—if the email is still not showing up, please reach out to us. Please note this link will only work once.
- This will take you to a password reset screen. Click the ‘Reset Password’ button to proceed.
- On the next screen, type in your desired password once, then again to confirm. Click ‘Change Password‘ to proceed.
- You will be taken back to the login screen. Enter your username (your email address) and your new password here, then click ‘Log In’.
